In addition to learning about corporate finance and strategic management, you will study the important links between them. The interaction between finance and management is important in a general management context, where corporate executives are often confronted with issues that have important financial and strategic consequences for their enterprises. The programme prepares you for a professional career in corporate management, financial management, management consulting, financial analysis, and/or investment banking, in corporate-finance functions in non-financial firms as well as for further graduate studies in business administration. In order to succeed at this programme you should preferably hold an undergraduate degree in business with a major in finance including financial accounting. You also need to be motivated, appreciate a tough workload including weekly assignments in calculation, statistics and analysing quantitative data. Due to competition for places, preference will be given to applicants with a bachelor degree including quantitative oriented courses in business and/or finance.
